Welcome

Steel & Alloy Utility Products, Inc. would like to welcome you to our online introduction to our custom fabrication and machine shop serving a broad cross-section of industry since 1946. Our quality weldments are now in use around the world…from a power generating station in Chang Lung Taiwan to a Robot (Dante) that explored a volcano in the Antarctic (see below).

Approximately 50 dedicated and highly qualified men and women with an average tenure of 15 years are the foundation of Steel & Alloy Utility Products, Inc.

A Special Note:

Steel & Alloy was the selected fabricator for the repair of Dante, a research robot developed by Carnegie Mellon University, that enabled researchers to explore the bottom of an active volcano in Antarctica and retrieved valuable information that was previously unobtainable.
